My wife and I have already been married and we are having a celebration, reception, picnic in the park this summer. We have been informed by Seattle parks and rec. that amplified music is a no go. We were hoping for some form of music and had the bright idea of a quartet. We are interested in a very casual occasion with some formalities included such as vow renewal, first dance, etc. I'm sure there are other questions to be had both ways but this email will hopefully get the ball rolling.
